This Site is operated by Ecopreneur Inc. (we, us, our, or the Company). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the Terms), as well as our Privacy Policy located at: https://ecopreneur.digital/privacy-policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Site.
By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms, and that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Services at any time without notice to you.
2. Eligibility

If you are under the age of 18, you must review these Terms with your parent or guardian to ensure that they understand and agree to them, and you should only use the Site with their permission and under their supervision. Payments made through our Site are processed via Stripe, and are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions https://stripe.com/legal/spc?. By using our Site to make payments, you agree to be bound by Stripe's terms and conditions.
5. Children Under 13
The use of our website is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 13. By accessing or using our website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will promptly delete such information from our records.
